House Site Development and Driveway - Burra 

House site excavation, landscaping, servicing, foundations, floor slab up to wall plate after house was constructed we completed driveway works.

This project involved a lot of rock breaking to reach the required ground level, this provided the infill material required to completely level the site. The trench foundations were excavated, mesh reinforcing installed and concrete poured. We serviced the site with hydro electric, water, BT, foul water and surface water systems. This area required a radon barrier which we installed before pouring the concrete floor slab. Once the house had been built we returned to install a cattle grid, tar the access road and driveway.
