We currently have twenty five 20ft storage units and four 10ft storage units available for rent at our Black Gaet Premises. 

We have the equipment and ability to survey/set-out/level any green field area turning it into a single house site, multiple house sites or any commercial/industrial site.

We have installed many Hopkins and other types of cattle grid throughout Shetland.

We have the ability to carry out any size of earthworks project, large or small. We have completed a vast array of house foundations up to wall plate level as well as larger industrial foundations.

We undertake all types and sizes of landscaping projects from major roadside embankments to domestic gardens. We carry out the provision and laying of turf to all sized gardens and landscaped areas. 

We have carried out a number of demolition projects during our company's lifetime ranging from fire damaged properties to industrial/commercial premises.

We have constructed a large number of reinforced concrete retaining walls for a number of different projects. These range from houses and gardens to major industrial purposes. 

With our tar-paver machine and tipper trucks we can surface roads, car parks, etc. Using our excavators and trucks we can excavate and construct roads, complete with kerbing, drainage, gully's, etc. 

We have experience in constructing Piers, Bridges, Marina Break-Waters and other types of marine engineering projects. 

We currently operate two insulated 6x4 tipper trucks, one 4x4 tipper truck and one crane/plant truck allowing us to assist with any and all projects.

We can provide any type of drainage system from Open Ditching, Field Drains, Channel Drains and Soakaways, etc. to more complicated SUD's Systems. We can service any site with H.E. Cables, BT Cables, Water Mains, Sewer Systems and Surface Water Systems. 

We have experience in repairing and installing a wide range of septic tanks for domestic and commercial uses.
