Ground works for new Brae Garage and Demolition of the original Brae Garage.

New Brae Garage

To minimise any disruption of the day to day running of the Brae Garage the civil works were carried out in three phases. We initially excavated a large area behind the existing Brae Garage and constructed a large reinforced concrete retaining wall. The next phase of the civil works was the foundations for the new building. Finally once works were completed on the new building we demolished the original Brae Garage at the front. Once demolition was completed we installed the final services to the building and tarred the forecourt.
